About Dr. Travers
Sarah Travers, M.D., is a neurosurgeon and St. Louis native with subspecialty fellowship training in neurosurgical oncology. She has a particular interest in surgical treatment of:
- Gliomas and other primary tumors of the brain
- Metastatic brain tumors
- Pituitary adenomas
- Meningiomas and other benign tumors of the brain and skull
- Spine tumors
- Trigeminal neuralgia
- Chiari malformations
- General neurosurgery (e.g., degenerative spine disorders, entrapment neuropathies, hydrocephalus, etc.)
Dr. Travers understands the fear and anxiety that can accompany the discovery of a brain tumor and will provide thoughtful discussion about all the issues surrounding the patient’s diagnosis.
